Extends the bond authorization and appropriation deadline for the Stagecoach Trail connection project in Olmsted County from the original date to June 30, 2014.

Allocates $550,000 to connect the Stagecoach Trail with the Douglas Trail in Olmsted County.

Allows the commissioner to reallocate funds from any state trail project determined not ready to proceed to other eligible state trail projects listed in the appropriation.

Requires notification to legislative chairs and affected legislators before any project fund reallocation is made.

Appropriates $15,320,000 total for state trail acquisition, rehabilitation, and development across multiple Minnesota trails.
