Modifies the definition of "student" in Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 135A.14, subdivision 1 for purposes of immunization statement requirements at postsecondary institutions

Excludes from the student definition persons enrolled exclusively in extension classes, correspondence classes, online classes, hybrid classes blending online and face-to-face instruction, or evening adult accelerated programs

Maintains existing requirements that students must be born after 1956, not graduated from a Minnesota high school in 1997 or later, and either register for multiple classes during a full academic term or be housed on campus while registering for classes

Applies to public or private postsecondary institutions with more than 100 enrolled persons, including the University of Minnesota, state universities, community colleges, technical colleges, and private four-year and two-year institutions
