Amends Minnesota Statutes section 491A.02 to allow judgment creditors to recover reasonable attorney fees incurred in collecting conciliation court judgments.

Requires the notice accompanying judgment debtor disclosure orders to inform debtors that failure to respond within ten days may result in civil contempt charges and liability for the judgment creditor's attorney fees.

Establishes that judgment debtors are liable for reasonable attorney fees incurred by judgment creditors in collecting conciliation court judgments.

Applies to conciliation court judgments and judgments from district court on removal from conciliation court that have been docketed in district court.
