Appropriates $3,300,000 from bond proceeds to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for Bemidji State University capital projects.

Funds demolition of Maple Hall and Sanford Hall at the university.

Covers design completion and renovation of Decker Hall, Hobson Hall, and Memorial Hall into multiuse classrooms and study spaces, including HVAC system replacement and an accessibility addition to Memorial Hall.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,300,000 to provide the appropriated funds, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
