Appropriates $55,000 from bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of administration for restoration of the Peace Officer's Memorial on the Capitol grounds.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $55,000 to provide funding for the appropriation.

Bond sale and issuance shall comply with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
