Increases the production threshold for small brewers from 3,500 barrels to 15,000 barrels annually to qualify for the reduced $4,000 manufacturer license fee under clause (c)

Raises the production threshold for craft brewers from 2,000 barrels to 7,500 barrels to qualify for the $150 license fee under clause (i)

Adjusts the mid-tier craft brewer category from 2,000-3,500 barrels to 7,500-15,000 barrels annually, maintaining the $500 license fee under clause (j)

Adds a new "pub brewer" license category at $500 annually for brewers holding retail on-sale licenses who manufacture fewer than 3,500 barrels on-tap for consumption at licensed premises

Takes effect July 1, 2012
