Appropriates $17,530,000 from the trunk highway fund for fiscal year 2013 for transportation capital improvements, including maintenance facilities and truck stations.

Allocates $5,600,000 to construct a new truck station and bridge crew building in Plymouth, and $3,300,000 for a new truck station facility in Cambridge.

Allocates $1,100,000 to design additions to existing truck stations in Crookston, Eden Prairie, and Mendota, and $30,000 to modify the Department of Transportation permit system for overweight motor vehicle registration collection.

Authorizes the sale and issuance of up to $16,115,000 in trunk highway bonds, with $16,100,000 appropriated for a maintenance facility in Rochester and $15,000 for bond sale expenses.
