Requires all transport trucks delivering motor vehicle fuel to underground storage tanks to be equipped with approved metering devices

Metering devices must generate records indicating the exact volume of each type or grade of fuel dispensed to each underground storage tank

Defines "underground storage tank" as tanks with capacity of at least 5,000 gallons used to store motor vehicle fuel for resale

Transport truck operators must provide a copy of the metering record to the underground storage tank operator upon completion of each delivery

Effective January 1, 2013, and applies to all fuel deliveries on or after that date
