Require the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees to consider student performance on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) as a criterion for admission eligibility.

Add career readiness assessment tools, including the ASVAB-Career Exploration Program, to student transition planning for postsecondary education and employment.

Expand collaborative partnerships in transition planning to include armed forces alongside kindergarten through grade 12 schools, postsecondary institutions, economic development agencies, and employers.

Prohibit school districts from requiring students to involuntarily select a career, career interest, or employment goals through curriculum or employment-related activities.

Amend Minnesota Statutes sections 120B.125 and 136F.06 to incorporate ASVAB performance into planning and admissions considerations.
