Creates special "MN supports family farmers" license plates for registered owners of passenger automobiles, one-ton pickup trucks, motorcycles, and recreational motor vehicles.

Requires applicants to pay a $10 fee per set of plates, standard registration tax, and comply with motor vehicle registration and driver licensing laws.

Commissioner shall design the plate emblem in consultation with organizations representing Minnesota farmers, subject to commissioner approval.

Allows plate transfer to another eligible vehicle registered to the same individual upon payment of a $5 transfer fee.

Fees collected are credited to the vehicle services operating account in the special revenue fund, effective January 1, 2012.
