State organizations of exclusive representatives for school district and public education employees must provide detailed itemized annual financial reports to unit members by June 30 each year

Reports must include total member dues paid, campaign expenditures for national/state/local elections, and salary/benefits per employee with employee names

Reports must include negotiation costs and teacher legal representation costs for the state organization of the exclusive representative

Applies to any exclusive representative of employee units in school districts or other public education settings

Adds new section 179A.26 to Minnesota Statutes governing exclusive representation and transparency requirements
