Requires students graduating in 2014-2015 school year and later to successfully complete either a chemistry or physics credit as a high school graduation requirement.

Modifies science credit requirements to allow chemistry, physics, or career and technical education credits that utilize standards associated with chemistry, physics, biology, or a combination thereof.

Allows agriculture science courses to fulfill science credit requirements in addition to specified biology and chemistry or physics credits.

Allows career and technical education courses to fulfill science, mathematics, or arts credit requirements in addition to core subject credits.

Implements a review cycle for state academic standards in mathematics (beginning 2015-2016), arts (2016-2017), science (2017-2018), language arts (2018-2019), and social studies (2019-2020).
