Amends Minnesota Statutes section 169.64, subdivision 2 to allow collector emergency vehicles to display and use colored lights that are otherwise prohibited under state vehicle lighting regulations.

Permits nonconforming colored lights only on vehicles manufactured for use as emergency vehicles that are owned and operated solely as collector's items, not for general purposes.

Requires collector emergency vehicles to be registered under specific classifications in section 168.10 (subdivisions 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1g, or 1h) and comply with section 168.10 ownership and operation requirements.

Effective the day following final enactment.
