Amends Minnesota Statutes section 168.012 to allow conservation officers of the Division of Enforcement and Field Service of the Department of Natural Resources to use unmarked vehicles with registered license plates for official duties.

Requires conservation officers' unmarked vehicles to display appropriate license number plates furnished by the registrar at cost, consistent with requirements for other law enforcement agencies.

Applications for conservation officer unmarked vehicle plates must be accompanied by certification from the appropriate officer in charge, stating the vehicle will be used exclusively for authorized purposes.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 168.012, subdivision 1b.
