Recognizes Delanie's completion of all requirements including leadership, career exploration, and community service.

Acknowledges Delanie's project involving collaboration with a self-defense instructor and Roseville Police Department to present personal safety and awareness training to 8th grade students at Parkview Center School.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Delanie Moan.
