Congratulates Kelly Johnson on receiving the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award given by the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A.

Recognizes that Kelly Johnson completed a community garden project that established 23 individual garden plots, managed site logistics, and recruited gardeners to increase community connection and health benefits.

Notes that Kelly Johnson's project resulted in gardeners donating portions of their harvest to a local food shelf at the end of the growing season.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution, authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Kelly Johnson.
