Motor carriers of passengers and limousine services must require the chartering party to provide written designation of a supervisor if alcoholic beverages will be served and any passengers under 18 years old are present without a parent or legal guardian.

Designee must be at least 25 years old, present at all times during the trip, provided with names of underage passengers, and make reasonable attempts to ensure underage passengers comply with alcohol consumption laws.

Driver must terminate the trip and return passengers to the origin point if the driver observes an underage passenger possessing or consuming alcohol, or if the designee reports such possession or consumption.
