Authorizes the Minnesota commissioner to issue special "MN Supports Family Farmers" license plates to registered owners of passenger automobiles, one-ton pickup trucks, motorcycles, or recreational vehicles.

Requires a $10 fee for each set of special plates and a $5 transfer fee to move plates to another eligible vehicle registered to the same owner.

Specifies that special plates must bear the inscription "MN Supports Family Farmers" and overrides existing restrictions in Minnesota Statutes section 168.1293.

Requires the commissioner to maintain a record of special plates issued and credit all collected fees to the general fund.

Takes effect January 1, 2014, for special plates issued on or after that date.
