Transfers appointment authority for law clerks from individual judges to the chief judge of the Workers' Compensation Court of Appeals.

Requires approval from at least two other judges before the chief judge can select a compensation attorney.

Reclassifies compensation attorneys from unclassified to classified service; incumbent law clerks retain their existing employment status upon the bill's effective date.
