Amends Minnesota Statutes section 13.37, subdivision 1 to expand the definition of "security information" for crime prevention programs.

Adds e-mail addresses, Internet communication services accounts information, GPS locations, and mailing addresses to the list of protected volunteer data in community crime prevention programs.

Classifies volunteer home and mailing addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, Internet accounts, and GPS locations as confidential security information that cannot be publicly disclosed.

Protects crime prevention program volunteers by preventing disclosure of contact and location information that could jeopardize their safety or security.
