Removes the "knowingly" requirement for gross misdemeanor and felony violations of domestic abuse orders for protection, restraining orders, and no contact orders, making violations easier to prosecute.

Establishes mandatory minimum sentences: 3 days for misdemeanor protection order violations, 10 days for gross misdemeanor violations, and 30 days incarceration as a probation condition for felony violations.

Adds venue provisions allowing prosecution of domestic abuse violations at the location where calls are made/received, where either party resides, or at victim's designated address if enrolled in address confidentiality program.

Authorizes courts to impose firearm possession prohibitions for up to life when defendant used a firearm during violation, and creates automatic 3-year pistol possession ban for all misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor conviction.

Expands admissible evidence in domestic abuse cases to include prior "domestic conduct" against the victim or other family/household members, not limited to similar conduct.
