Amends Minnesota Statutes section 124D.091 to provide $150 per pupil enrolled in a concurrent enrollment course to eligible school districts to defray course delivery costs.

Removes the fiscal year 2011 start date requirement, making all districts with accredited or comparable-standard concurrent enrollment courses eligible for aid under the same criteria.

Adds concurrent enrollment aid under section 124D.091 to the annual general education aid appropriation in section 126C.20, making it part of the base education funding formula.

Appropriates unspecified amounts from the general fund to the commissioner of education for concurrent enrollment aid in fiscal years 2014 and 2015.

Effective date for all amendments is fiscal years 2014 and later.
