Law enforcement agencies must withhold public access to data that would reveal the identity or physical location of certified Safe at Home participants, effective July 1, 2013.

Law enforcement agencies cannot exchange information containing public personnel data or data governed by Safe at Home provisions unless necessary for investigations, effective July 1, 2013.
