Allows registered owners of motor vehicles bearing special World War II veteran plates issued under section 168.123, subdivision 2, paragraph (c), to park in disability parking spaces.

Permits World War II veteran plate holders to park in metered spaces without paying fees and without time restrictions unless separately posted.

Permits World War II veteran plate holders to park without time restrictions in nonmetered spaces where parking is otherwise allowed but restricted to a maximum time period.

Defines "eligible vehicle" to include motors vehicles bearing disability plates, disability certificates, disability permits, or equivalent credentials from other states or foreign countries.

Maintains existing prohibitions on parking in no-parking zones, fire lanes, and areas reserved for other specified purposes, which continue to apply to all vehicles including those with World War II veteran plates.
