Increases the maximum reimbursement limit from the agricultural chemical response and reimbursement account from $350,000 to $500,000 for eligible corrective action costs.

The board reimburses 80 percent of total reasonable and necessary corrective action costs that exceed $1,000 and do not exceed the maximum limit.

Reimbursement may only be made after the board determines costs are reasonable and were actually incurred, with periodic payments allowed as invoices are received.

The $1,000 deduction and 20 percent copay requirement may be waived for incidents occurring on or after August 18, 2007 that were caused by flooding related to Presidential Declaration of Major Disaster DR-1717.
