• Modifies laws governing numerous executive branch advisory groups by removing automatic expiration dates and consolidating their oversight provisions under Minnesota Statutes section 15.059.

• Eliminates specific advisory committees and task forces deemed no longer necessary, including labor-management committees for state employee insurance and various peer review/task force groups related to medical assistance and transportation.

• Extends expiration dates for several advisory councils to June 30, 2015-2018, including the Fisheries and Wildlife Oversight Committees, American Indian Child Welfare Advisory Council, and various health-related committees.
