Eliminates the SmartFleet Committee and transfers fleet reporting responsibilities to the Department of Administration.

Removes the Labor-Management Committee from the public employee insurance program oversight, allowing the commissioner of management and budget to modify the program without committee consultation.

Eliminates an advisory committee requirement for state voting systems contracts previously requiring representatives from county auditors, municipal clerks, and disability community members.

Removes automatic expiration dates (section 15.059, subdivision 5) from numerous executive branch advisory councils and committees, making them permanent unless otherwise specified or federal law no longer requires them.

Repeals multiple advisory committee statutes including those for labor-management committees, various educational and health-related advisory groups, and other state program oversight committees.
