Includes employees of the Stevens County Housing and Redevelopment Authority who were first employed before May 1, 2014, in the Public Employees Retirement Association's general employees retirement plan.

Designates the Stevens County Housing and Redevelopment Authority as a governmental subdivision for purposes of PERA membership, with an exception to the general exclusion of municipal housing and redevelopment authorities.

Validates past retirement coverage, service credit, and salary credit for eligible Stevens County Housing and Redevelopment Authority employees employed after November 7, 1984, with monthly salary of at least $325 (until June 30, 1988) or $425 (after June 30, 1988).

Protects employee and employer contributions already deducted and transferred to the general employees retirement fund from refund or adjustment, except for erroneous receipt provisions under existing statute.

All amendments are effective the day following final enactment.
