Authorizes the commissioner to issue special "WOMAN VETERAN" license plates to female veterans who meet standard veterans' plate eligibility requirements, effective January 1, 2015.

Woman veteran plates must bear the inscription "WOMAN VETERAN" and include a facsimile or emblem designated by the commissioners of veterans affairs and public safety.

Applicants for woman veteran plates must pay the standard $10 fee per set of plates, provide certified discharge papers indicating honorable discharge, and own an eligible vehicle (passenger automobile, recreational motor vehicle, or one-ton pickup truck).

Requires the commissioner of veterans affairs to design the woman veteran plate emblem in consultation with the commissioner of public safety, the Minnesota Women Veterans Initiative Working Group, and interested veterans service organizations.

Adds woman veteran plates as an option referenced in subdivision 2, paragraph (m), alongside existing veteran plate categories for Vietnam veterans, Purple Heart recipients, Gulf War veterans, and others.
