Amends Minnesota Statutes section 124D.16 to set total school readiness aid at $30,000,000 annually for fiscal year 2015 and later.

Changes the 2015 appropriation for school readiness programs from $10,159,000 to $28,074,000, with $1,372,000 allocated for 2014 and $26,702,000 for 2015.

Applies to school readiness programs under Minnesota Statutes sections 124D.15 and 124D.16 for eligible prekindergarten pupils.

Effective for state aid beginning in fiscal year 2015.
