Amends Minnesota Statutes section 122A.18, subdivision 7b to clarify requirements for temporary limited licenses in speech-language pathology.

Requires applicants for a temporary limited speech-language pathology license to hold a bachelor's degree in communications disorders or speech-language-hearing sciences from an accredited college or university.

Mandates applicants complete at least 100 hours of supervised clinical experience, with supervision of at least 20 percent during the first 90 days and at least 10 percent during the remaining period.

Allows the Board of Teaching to waive the 100-hour clinical experience requirement if an applicant demonstrates two full school years of work in an educational setting.

Takes effect August 1, 2015.
