Expands the definition of "teacher" under Minnesota's public employee bargaining law to include art therapists, music therapists, and audiologists, in addition to physical therapists and occupational therapists already covered.

Allows these additional therapists employed by school districts to be included in the teacher bargaining unit for purposes of collective bargaining.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 179A.03, subdivision 18.

Effective July 1, 2014.
