Appropriates $1,330,000 from bond proceeds to the Commissioner of Public Safety for a grant to Montgomery to design, construct, furnish, and equip a public safety facility.

The facility will house the city of Montgomery's fire and ambulance services.

Funds are contingent on the Commissioner of Management and Budget confirming that at least $1,330,000 in matching funds are committed from nonstate sources.

Authorizes the Commissioner of Management and Budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $1,330,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.
