Amends Minnesota Statutes section 609.763 to add three new criminal offenses related to electronic gambling devices and equipment tampering.

Creates criminal liability for knowingly tampering with or attempting to alter any component or device used in electronic pull-tabs or electronic linked bingo.

Creates criminal liability for unauthorized possession of electronic pull-tab devices, electronic linked bingo devices, or other components used in conducting these games.

Renumbers existing offense of placing false information on prize receipts from clause (4) to clause (6) to accommodate the new offenses.

Maintains existing penalty structure with sentences ranging from misdemeanor (≤$500) to felony with up to 3 years imprisonment (>$2,500), and allows aggregation of dollar amounts within a 12-month period for prosecution purposes.
