Amends amortization state aid reallocation by correcting a reference from "subdivision 1a" to "subdivision 1" for determining undistributed aid amounts.

Adjusts supplemental state aid allocation percentages: Public Employees Retirement Association receives 58.064 percent (changed from 58.065 percent) for the police and fire retirement fund.

Removes definitions section from reporting requirements, eliminating detailed criteria for counting firefighters with public employees police and fire retirement plan coverage and certified police officers.

Requires Public Employees Retirement Association to report annually by September 1 on municipalities employing covered firefighters, number of firefighters covered, volunteer firefighter retirement plan participation, and other requested information.

Makes technical changes effective retroactively from July 1, 2013, with reporting amendments effective the day following final enactment.
