• Amends Laws 2013, chapter 108, article 14, section 2, subdivision 6 to modify appropriations to the Commissioner of Human Services for various grant programs

• Provides $250,000 annually for work study pilot programs for MFIP participants in postsecondary education and $2,000,000 annually for local projects addressing disparities in MFIP employment outcomes
