Establishes limits on certain continuing education credits: maximum 5 hours from examination grading/writing, maximum 10 hours from board/committee service, and patents credited at 10 hours with biennium restrictions.

Extends record retention requirements for professional development documentation from 2 years to 4 years after the end of the licensure period to which hours apply.

Increases the maximum continuing education hours allowed for license reinstatement from an unspecified amount to 48 professional development hours, and expands cease and desist order language to include specific professional titles.
