Commissioner of education must submit a written report to the education policy and finance committees by January 15, 2015, on K-12 students' experience with physical education

Report must include daily minutes and weekly frequency of physical education for kindergarten through grade 8, and high school physical education requirements in semesters, quarters, or school years

Report must document fitness assessment measures and data used, instructor educational preparation and proportion of certified physical education teachers, recess time and frequency for kindergarten through grade 6, and high school substitution options for required physical education

Report must identify the number or percentage of high school students earning required physical education credits online and describe before and after school physical activity opportunities available at all grade levels

Costs of preparing the report must be paid from the Department of Education's current operating budget
