Amends Minnesota Statutes section 122A.20, subdivision 2, to require school boards to report to licensing boards when teachers or administrators are discharged, suspended, or resign following specified complaints or investigations within ten days.

Licensing boards must investigate reports for violations and can request relevant information from school districts' files, including termination proceedings, settlements, and investigative records.

School districts may solicit written consent from students and parents to provide additional information to licensing boards for investigations, following state and federal privacy requirements.

Licensing boards must transmit received records to the Attorney General's Office to assist with investigations and must decide within 45 days whether to suspend or revoke licenses after receiving a teacher's stipulation or administrative law judge recommendation.

Licensing boards must share details of reports concerning teachers or administrators with requesting school boards upon written request, notwithstanding any confidentiality provisions in state law.
