Eliminates the requirement that counties bear financial responsibility for the nonfederal share of costs for adult mental health targeted case management services provided by nonprofit centers serving torture victims, effective July 1, 2014.

State assumes full cost responsibility for adult mental health case management services at these nonprofit torture victim centers instead of counties sharing costs under section 256B.0924, subdivision 6, paragraph (e).

Applies only to services provided by nonprofit centers established to serve victims of torture.

Individuals receiving these services remain ineligible for prepaid medical assistance participation requirements.
