Expires the joint reporting requirement between the commissioners of human services and Minnesota Housing Finance Agency regarding funding results from Laws 2000, chapter 488, section 2, subdivision 6, paragraph (d), effective January 15, 2020.

Repeals Minnesota Statutes section 462C.04, subdivisions 3 and 4, eliminating the local bond issue report requirement.

Repeals obsolete Minnesota housing program statutes including provisions for housing preservation, rent assistance, community rehabilitation, employer housing contributions, and housing development fund uses.

Repeals 39 obsolete Minnesota Rules provisions related to elderly housing programs, energy improvement loans, low-income housing, homelessness assistance, and special needs housing.

Amends Minnesota Statutes section 462A.225 to require publishing a State Register notice of the electronic availability of housing credit distribution data rather than publishing the data itself.
