Contested case hearing must be initiated with the Office of Administrative Hearings within five business days of the board's decision, with the administrative law judge's report constituting the final administrative decision (removing the requirement for the board to issue a separate final order).

Changes to temporary suspension procedures are effective the day following final enactment and apply to suspensions beginning on or after that date.
