Amends Minnesota Statutes section 309.556 to require charitable solicitations to disclose that a list of the five highest paid directors, officers, and employees may be obtained from the organization.

Requires disclosure of a toll-free telephone number, email address, or website URL where donors can access salary information for the five highest paid employees.

Maintains existing disclosure requirements for charitable organization identity, tax deductibility status, and program descriptions during solicitations.

Applies disclosure requirements to charitable organizations exempt from registration and reporting requirements under section 309.515, subdivision 1, paragraph (c).

Requires this information to be disclosed prior to or contemporaneously with any oral or written contribution request.
