Authorizes Beltrami County to sell five parcels of tax-forfeited land bordering public water through public sale under Minnesota Statutes chapter 282, notwithstanding restrictions in sections 92.45 and 282.018.

Authorizes Itasca County to sell two parcels of tax-forfeited land bordering public water through private sale, exempting them from public sale requirements and water-adjacent land restrictions.

Authorizes Itasca County to sell one additional tax-forfeited parcel (West 50 feet of North 380 feet of SE Quarter SE Quarter, Section 19, Township 58 North, Range 24 West) through private sale for no less than market value.

Requires all land conveyances be approved by the attorney general, who may correct land descriptions for accuracy; purchasers must pay all survey and appraisal costs and provide certified surveys.

Both counties have determined that returning these lands to private ownership best serves the counties' land management interests.
