Hennepin County may convey three parcels of tax-forfeited land bordering public water to a state governmental subdivision for no consideration, notwithstanding existing public sale requirements in Minnesota Statutes sections 92.45 and 282.018.

First parcel (Lot 3, Block 2, Oak Hollow; tax ID 08-119-23-23-0012) must be conveyed for recreational trail use and natural land maintenance.

Second parcel (Outlot B, Boulder Pointe; tax ID 21-116-22-11-0021) must be conveyed for wetlands preservation.

Third parcel (Lot 19, Block 7, Woodland Point with adjacent Wawonaissa Common; tax ID 13-117-24-21-0080) must be conveyed for wetlands and open water preservation.

Hennepin County may conduct a private sale of a fourth parcel (Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 0047; tax ID 24-027-24-22-0003) to the United States Fish and Wildlife Service for conservation, hiking, wildlife observation, and environmental education purposes.

All conveyances must include reversion clauses returning the land to the state if the governmental subdivision ceases the specified public use, with the attorney general approving conveyance forms and correcting land descriptions as needed.
