Adds the Minnesota Historical Society to the definition of "state" in section 3.732 for purposes of state employee liability and tort immunity provisions.

Changes the eligibility requirement for Minnesota Historical Society employees from "salaried" to "an" employee, allowing both salaried and non-salaried employees to access state-paid life insurance and health benefits regardless of funding source.

Updates references in section 138.081 from "Federal Historic Preservation Act (Public Law 89-665)" to "National Historic Preservation Act (United States Code, title 16, section 470 et seq. as amended)" and from "National Heritage Program" to "State Historic Preservation Program."

Renames "Meighen Store" to "Historic Forestville" and adds two new historic sites to the Minnesota Historical Society inventory: "Sibley Historic Site" in Dakota County and "Washburn Crosby Complex (Mill City Museum)" in Hennepin County.

Changes the State History Center's address from 160 John Ireland Boulevard to 345 Kellogg Boulevard West and updates references from "State History Center" to "Minnesota History Center" throughout section 138.94.
