Authorizes Itasca County to sell two parcels of tax-forfeited land bordering public water by private sale instead of public auction, notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes sections 92.45, 282.018, and chapter 282 public sale provisions.

First parcel consists of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 36, Township 145, Range 25 (less 3.42 acres for railroad right-of-way), PIN No. 11-236-4400.

Second parcel is Lot 4 (less the part east of creek) in Section 14, Township 58, Range 24, PIN No. 04-114-1302.

Requires private sale of a third parcel—the West 50 feet of the North 380 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter in Section 19, Township 58 North, Range 24 West—at no less than market value, with buyer responsible for certified survey and appraisal costs.

County determined that returning these lands to private ownership best serves the county's land management interests; attorney general approval required for all conveyances.
