Classifies financial and business data from Minneapolis and St. Paul entertainment arenas as nonpublic data when shared with the Department of Administration for a study required by Laws 2013, chapter 143, article 4, section 39.

Nonpublic data includes past and projected costs and revenues, balance sheets, financial statements, income tax returns, capital improvements, management agreements, marketing plans, and impact on city general funds.

Arena managers and tenants determine which financial and business data classified as nonpublic may be included in the final study report.

The final study report itself is designated as public data.

Effective the day following final enactment.
