Amends Minnesota Statutes section 491A.02 to allow judgment debtors to be held liable for reasonable attorney fees incurred by judgment creditors in collecting conciliation court judgments.

Requires that orders for judgment debtor disclosure include notice that failure to complete and return disclosure forms within ten days may result in civil contempt citation and liability for attorney fees.

Allows judgment creditors' attorneys to request or judges to order judgment debtors to disclose detailed information about assets, liabilities, and earnings to enable judgment collection.

Makes cash bail posted for civil contempt violations under this section payable to the creditor to partially or fully satisfy the judgment.
