Establishes that owners of real property owe no duty of care to trespassers, except where a common law or statutory right of action existed before the effective date of this section.

Preserves all existing immunities from or defenses to civil liability that property owners may have under other law or common law.

Defines "owner" to include fee interest possessors, life estate holders, tenants, lessees, occupants, utility easement holders, and persons in control of land.

Effective July 1, 2014, and applies only to civil actions arising from incidents occurring on or after that date.
